M.N CHANDRAPPA
President Gallantry Medal Recipient
Mr. M.N Chandrappa established Sharp Watch Investigation & Security Services in 1976, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey in security services. Born on March 26, 1955, in Matanahalli, he completed his B.A. degree with distinction.
His illustrious career in law enforcement began in 1977 when he was appointed as a Sub Inspector of Police. Serving with distinction across various challenging jurisdictions including Mysore, Chamarajanagar, Kodagu, and Bangalore, he quickly rose through the ranks to become Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP).
In one of the most significant operations against the notorious poacher Veerappan, Mr. Chandrappa demonstrated extraordinary valor. Despite facing extreme danger where four brave police officers made the ultimate sacrifice, he persevered through the gunfight, emerging as the lone survivor. His remarkable bravery earned him the prestigious President's Gallantry Medal.

Mr. M. Nagaraaj graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) from Visveshwaraya Technological University. With over three decades of experience in outsourcing Manpower Services, he has been associated with the company since its inception as a promoter.
As Managing Director and CEO, he is responsible for the overall working of the company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions. He oversees day-to-day management, operations, sales, and finance while helping leverage technology to differentiate our services.
